Sub-soiler points are manufactured to OEM specification using C1080 or equivalent (high carbon steel ) as base and mild steel as cap. The base is then heat treated to 40 - 44 RC to provide extra strenght and wear resistance capabilities. Special chromium carbide inserts can also be provided to increase the wear life of the points. Sub soiler points are manufactured to OEM specifications. Presently the range of points manufactured by NIPHA include the one's compatible with Forest City, John Deere, KMC, Paulk, W&A, Pittsburg, Taylor Way, Wada and Lillitson machinery.
