Designed for working in conjunction
with pneumatic handling of seed - cotton.

Air Separator has effective screen
area of more than 140 (Degree) and is provided with
revolving beater wheel for continuous breaking of
seed - cotton wads and wiping of screen ; the seed
- cotton collects in a reservoir ensuring full width
distribution to the Vacuum Wheel and hence to the
Cleaner.

Ten - bladed Vacuum Wheel with
flights of special rubber formulation and reinforcement
guarantees long flight life and positive maintenance
of vacuum throughout.

Spiked cleaning cylinders across
individual round grid bars ensure gentle treatment
and free flow of seed - cotton through the machine,
adequate opening of cotton and removal of all fine
trash including dust , sand, leaf, pepper, and pin
before they get embedded in the cotton.

disposed off by a Trash Conveyor.
