NIPHA blades are made from durable high carbon & spring steel grade AISI 1070, AISI 1080, EN 45, SUP 9, Boron Steel and equivalent. NIPHA blades are heat treated, stress relieved and shot blasted to provide extra strength and uniform hardness throughout. This process ensures that NIPHA blades have optimal elasticity and resistance to shocks and strain. These blades usually have a hardness equivalent to 45-50 HRC providing it with superior wear resistance and fatigue life.
All of NIPHA’s products are subjected to stringent process quality assurance and continuous testing.
