The machine is of robust construction. The framing parts viz end frames, bed plate, rail for fixed knife and the gear case are made of graded Cast Iron Castings, All rotating parts, viz Pinion Shaft, Helical Gears, Oscillating and Connecting Rod, Beater Shaft and Ginning Rollers are provided with ball and roller bearings.
- The design of the Gin and feeder allows easy access for running adjustments. The machine is “push button” operated.
- Rigorous quality control is maintained right from the selection of raw materials to the finished product. All the raw materials are tested for chemical and mechanical properties before use. A rigid inprocess in inspection is carried out at all stages of production and finally the finished components are inspected with the help of most modern caliberated measuring instruments and gauges.
