  • Mr. M. C. Shah

    Mahesh Chandra Shah is the Chairman of NIPHA Group, a distinguished entrepreneur with a wealth of experience in the engineering sector and global markets. Joining NIPHA Group in 1960, he played a key role in the company’s growth alongside his late brother, G.D. Shah. Mr. Shah has served as the National Chairman of the Engineering Export Promotion Council (EEPC India), a Director on the Board of IDBI Bank, and as President of the Merchants Chamber of Commerce. His leadership and industry expertise have made him a respected figure in Indian business circles.

    In addition to his professional success, Mr. Shah is deeply involved in social causes. He is a Founder Member of Sanskriti Saurabh, Former President of Jhunjhunu Pragati Sangh, and Former President of the Rotary Club of Belur. Mr. Shah also serves as Chairman of J.B. Shah Girls (PG) College and is a Trustee of the Prerna Foundation. He strongly believes in giving back to society and views expanding one's horizons beyond business as an essential part of life.

  • Mr. R. C. Shah

    He is the third sibling, is a qualified gold medallist Surgeon who following his father’s wish joined the family business. He arrived in Calcutta in 1977. Ramesh, who manages the production of the Howrah factory, has been instrumental in the execution of all the Cotton Ginning and Pressing Projects of NIPHA in India and abroad including a multimillion dollar project in Sudan. Ramesh stayed in Sudan for long durations of time to oversee the execution of this prestigious World Bank-funded project. Besides sharing in the Group’s responsibilities, Ramesh has taken on another responsibility: he oversees the medical treatment and healthcare needs of employees who are seriously ill, and many believe they have recovered only because he was there.

  • Mr. P. K. Shah

    Pawan Kumar Shah is the Vice Chairman of NIPHA Group, a seasoned leader with extensive experience in the engineering and metallurgical industries. He is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants (1978) and has played a key role in the growth and diversification of the group. Pawan has also held influential positions in various industry bodies, including serving as the All India President of the Federation of Indian Export Houses and Chairman of the Engineering Export Promotion Council of India.

    Beyond his business achievements, Pawan is committed to social causes. He is a member of the Board of J.B. Shah Girls (PG) College in Jhunjhunu and supports Sarwadi Micro Finance (NBFC), which provides financial assistance to underprivileged individuals for self-employment ventures. Pawan believes in giving back to society and considers it an integral part of his professional journey.

  • Mr. Rakesh Shah

    Rakesh Shah is the Managing Director of NIPHA group, an accomplished entrepreneur with extensive experience in the engineering sector and global markets. He joined NIPHA in 1988 and has held key positions across various NIPHA Group companies. Rakesh is the former Chairman of the Engineering Export Promotion Council (EEPC India) and has played significant roles in several industry bodies, including the Bharat Chamber of Commerce and Indo Myanmar Chamber of Commerce & Industry.

    Beyond his business achievements, Rakesh is dedicated to education and community development. He is the Managing Trustee of J B Shah Girls (PG) College and serves on the Board of Studies at St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata, and St. Xavier’s University. A prominent figure in the Indian business community, Rakesh actively contributes to discussions on industry challenges and represents India on various national and international platforms.

  • Mr. Anupam Shah

    An MBA from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, and a graduate in Electrical Engineering from Boston University, Mr. Anupam Shah brings over three decades of expertise in global business strategy and leadership. As the Joint Managing Director of the NIPHA Group, he has been instrumental in expanding the organisation’s global footprint, with the United States as its largest market. His focus on marketing, product innovation, and process optimisation has been key to the company’s growth.

    Under his leadership, NIPHA has become a leading ISO 9001-certified engineering company, serving industries such as electrical switchgear, agricultural wear parts and implements, construction, railroads and fluid control. He has also held prominent roles, including Chairman of EEPC India and the Merchants’ Chamber of Commerce. A recipient of numerous academic and professional accolades, Mr. Shah is an avid traveller and a passionate reader.

  • Mr. Siddharth Shah

    Mr. Siddharth Shah joined the Nipha Group in 1996, initially managing the company’s ginnery operations in Tanzania, Nipha Pamba. Today, he oversees manufacturing operations for tillage tools and wear parts, supplying global markets, including the USA, Southeast Asia, and India. His focus on quality and innovation has been instrumental in strengthening Nipha’s global reputation.

    Siddharth is also deeply committed to CSR, driving initiatives in education, healthcare, and COVID-19 relief. His dedication reflects Nipha’s vision of responsible growth and community impact.

  • Ms. Diksha Shah

    Ms. Diksha Shah is a dynamic professional, progressive entrepreneur, empathetic leader, and hardworking co-worker who deeply values unity, collaboration, and mutual support. Her strong educational background, including two postgraduate degrees in business administration and a bachelor's degree in mass communication and videography, reflects her commitment to excellence and continuous learning. Education is vital to her as it aligns with her family values and empowers her to lead with knowledge, empathy, and vision.

    She wears many hats and holds key positions across various industries. As the Founder of Dimension Z (Mental Health Counseling), the Executive Director at NIPHA Group, and the MD & CEO of Sarwadi Finance (NBFC-MFI), she continues to make a meaningful impact, leveraging her skills to improve lives and drive progress. Diksha’s belief in infinite human potential and her motto, “I am not this or that, I am this and also that,” shape her approach to both work and life. She diligently leverages her skills to make a meaningful impact across multiple industries and drive progress.

  • Mr. Aakash Shah

    Aakash Shah is the Executive Director of NIPHA Group and Co-Founder of NowPurchase, with over 16 years of experience in Engineering and Sales. Holding an MBA in Strategic Marketing from ISB, Aakash has a deep expertise in mechanical engineering, rural marketing, and B2B consultative selling. He leads NIPHA’s Mechanised Farm Solutions business, overseeing manufacturing, sales, and marketing operations.

    In addition to his leadership at NIPHA, Aakash serves as the National Vice Chairman of the Engineering Export Promotion Council (EEPC) India and has previously been the President of the Merchants' Chamber of Commerce & Industry (MCCI). His strategic vision, focus on innovation, and commitment to community development make him a pivotal figure in driving NIPHA’s growth and operational excellence.

  • Mr. Shashank Shah

    He is Ramesh’s son a Computer Science Engineer and an IIM graduate, had worked for a few years at Yes Bank and Accenture before joining the family business in 2011. Armed with his experience, he is undertaking implementation of an organisation-wide ERP. Shashank also participates in the activities of the Howrah unit. What he enjoys most are the roundtable sessions when all the Directors periodically review the performance of the company. His uncle, Mahesh, has a list of pending jobs that is up to date. With any new proposal, if the arguments are cogent and convincing it is immediately approved.

  • Mr. Tushar Shah

    Tushar Shah is the Executive Director of NIPHA Group and the youngest member of the second generation in the family business. With a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pune, Tushar gained industry experience at Bharat Forge before undergoing training at Texmaco, where his passion for the Foundry Industry was ignited. In 2008, he joined NIPHA and took over the complete operations and management of the NIPHA Ferrous Foundry Unit, while also driving business development initiatives in South-East Asia and Australia.

    Tushar has played a key role in expanding NIPHA’s presence in the Railways Industry, focusing on providing value-added components, assemblies, and R&D support and services. His strategic vision and leadership have been instrumental in driving innovation and business growth, both domestically and internationally.

  • Mr. Anshuman Shah

    Anshuman Shah is the Executive Director at NIPHA Group and a graduate of the prestigious Kelley School of Business, Indiana University, with highest distinction in Supply Chain Management and Marketing. With extensive experience in B2B Sales and OEM collaborations, he oversees the USA market, the largest for NIPHA.

    Passionate about growth and continuous learning, Anshuman is dedicated to optimising supply chains, enhancing efficiency, and reducing lead times. He fosters strong collaborations with customers to deliver tailored solutions that drive mutual growth. His leadership is focused on building lasting partnerships, driving innovation, and guiding NIPHA toward sustainable global success.
