As the Chief General Manager of Serampore Factory, I have been fortunate to spend the past 30 years with this remarkable organisation. I am deeply grateful to NIPHA for providing me with an incredible opportunity to grow both professionally and personally under the mentorship of the higher management. I am working in NIPHA for more than 18 years which has been has been a transformative experience, as I have truly grown alongside the organization. It has been an incredible 16 years with the NIPHA family. I started my journey here with the goal of learning and advancing my career, and along the way, I received so much more. I am deeply grateful to all my Directors for their unwavering support, guidance, and encouragement, as well as for their belief in me throughout these years. Working under the mentorship of my seniors and alongside my supportive colleagues has been an enriching experience. Together, through our dedication and teamwork, we will continue to achieve remarkable growth for NIPHA and celebrate its glorious milestones in the years to come.

It’s a great experience being associated with Nipha Group for the last six years. Strong business goals and continuous growth with sound cash flow has made the Organization Strong & Stable. In my tenure Organization has expanded remarkably both in horizontal & Vertical direction. Positive attitude & Continuous support of top management has encouraged me to deliver the best for the Organization.

All the colleagues are very much Co-operative & supportive resulting a fair working atmosphere. I must include, Corporate Social Responsibilities of the management beyond the business for the Socio-Economic development & Educational support to the Society, it is quite impressive & considerable.
