As a leading manufacturer of forged components for various industries like automobile, petroleum, electrical & transmission lines, mining, agriculture, marine, and more, delivering excellent quality and customer service is the cornerstone of our commitment at Nipha. With an annual production capacity of 1,200,000 kgs (2,640,000 lbs), we produce forged components ranging in weight from 0.23 kg to 5 kgs (0.5 lbs to 11 lbs) of all grades of carbon, alloy, and stainless steel with strict adherence to international standards such as ASTM, IS, BS, DIN, GOST, JIS, U.S. Federal, and French standards. Our esteemed clientele spans the emerging markets of Africa, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Thailand, as well as the UK, France, Italy, Germany, and the USA. We ensure product quality through rigorous in-process inspections of scrap, sand, moulds, cores, liquid metals, and finished castings.
