Required Floor Space

66 sq.ft. (10’ x 6.6’)

Mechanical:

Overall simplicity in setting and less moving parts ensure minimum wear and tear, thereby minimal maintenance and downtime.

Main drive:

Simple, robust and reliable Poly V-belt drive, directly from Motor pulley to Machine pulley. The speed of the machine can be changed easily by changing the Motor pulley.

Stop motion:

Warp and Weft stop motions are in the system automatically.

Transmission of drive:

By sturdy bevel and spur gears, cut to fine limits. Spears are driven from the machine pulley via a crank and Connecting rod fitted with roller and needle bearings. The crank throw is adjustable to alter the length of Spear movement required to suit the width of cloth being woven. Drive to the Pinning and Take-up motions is by means of roller chain.

Lubrication:

Fitted with Centralised.

Pinning motions:

The weft is caught and pinned at the selvedge by simple and positive cam operated lever action. The motions are completely accessible for making all necessary settings and can be accurately pre-set to suit specific cloth widths by the use of calibrated scales on the support tubes and brackets.

Warp tension:

Warp tension controlled by a simple adjustable drag motion.

Controls:

All main controls are within fingertip reach of the central operating position

Speed :

The machine is capable of running at high speed, subject to quality of yarn.

Rapier:

Head and Deflector are made from investment casted abrasion resistant tool steel which gives long life. An added stiffener enhances the structural integrity, enabling increased machine speed and improved performance.

Digital Counter Meter:

It has a provision to discontinue the running machine once the pre-selected required length of the cloth has been woven.

Electronic Stop Motion system:

It is more sensitive & hassle-free from setting.

S-Roll (extra roller):

Introduced for 100% straight coil build up of cloth. Freedom of conical shape coil which is created problem to Damping process.

Cam Follower(Runner):

Procured from a branded bearing company.

Shield Length Measuring Sensor:

Protect mishandling / damaging / tampering the actual production.

Contact Bar :

More rigid and improved design with spring loaded pressure pad.

Cams:

Made from Ductile iron and forged alloy steel at our own foundry.

Loom Reed :

As per customer requirement.
