• Our forgings are produced using high-quality raw materials, including EN-45, Boron Steel, and C1080.
• We offer forgings in sizes ranging from 0.5 kg to 5 kg.
• Our facility handles 15 to 20 containers per month to meet diverse demands.
• All parts are forged, hardened, and tempered for enhanced durability, and heat-treated in PLC-based machines.
• Forgings are painted in an automated painting plant, powder-coated, and packed with proper packaging and storage to prevent damage.
• We specialise in forged components for industries including automobile, electrical & transmission line, petroleum, agriculture, mining, marine, and others.
• With an annual production capacity of 1,200,000 kg, we produce components from 0.23 kg to 5 kg in carbon, alloy, and stainless steel, adhering to international standards.
• Our in-house facility ensures optimal quality and control, adhering to stringent standards like ASTM, IS, BS, DIN, and US Federal. We are ISO 9001:2000 certified for excellence in closed die forging.
