Non-Destructive Testing (NDT)
At the core of our commitment to superior quality lies the implementation of advanced Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) techniques. NDT allows us to comprehensively inspect materials and components without compromising their integrity, ensuring reliability and durability.
Our NDT capabilities include:
Ultrasonic Testing Machine: Utilized to detect internal flaws, measure material thickness, and ensure the structural soundness of components by using high-frequency sound waves.
Magnetic Particle Inspection: Ideal for identifying surface and near-surface defects in ferromagnetic materials, ensuring product safety and performance.
Velocity Meter: Employed to measure the propagation speed of ultrasonic waves through materials, aiding in identifying inconsistencies and ensuring uniformity.
Radiography Testing: A critical method for detecting internal defects, such as voids, cracks, or inclusions, using X-rays or gamma rays to achieve a precise assessment.
Die Penetration Testing: Used to reveal surface defects, including cracks, porosity, and other imperfections, by applying a liquid penetrant that highlights inconsistencies.
This rigorous quality control process is conducted at the raw material stage and during the final inspection before dispatch. It guarantees that all products meet the highest standards of safety, reliability, and performance, exemplifying our dedication to delivering excellence to our customers.
